Motion of compressible magnetic fluids in T^3

Weiping Yan

Abstract:
This article shows the existence of weak time-periodic motion of a three-dimensional system of compressible magnetic fluid driven by time-dependent external forces in a torus T^3. The model consists of the mass conservation equation, the linear momentum equation, the angular momentum equation, the Bloch-Torrey type equation and the magnetostatic equation. This analysis is based on the Faedo-Galerkin method and weak compactness techniques.
