Electron. J. Differential Equ., Conf. 25, 2018.

Electronic Journal of Differential Equations, Conference 25, 2018.

Proceedings of the international conference Two nonlinear days in Urbino 2017, Università degli Studi di Urbino "Carlo Bo", Italy, July 6-7, 2017.

Foreword
The main aim of this conference was to bring together leading academic scientists in the field of nonlinear analysis in the beautiful setting of Urbino (Italy), a World Heritage Site notable for its historical legacy of Renaissance culture. All the information about this conference are available at the web page: http://www.sti.uniurb.it/servadei/TwoNonlinearDaysInUrbino2017/.

This special issue on topics in nonlinear analysis and applications contains some papers on nonlinear problems, most of them authored by mathematicians who attended the conference in Urbino. This issue is dedicated of our dear and beloved friend Anna Aloe, who passed away too soon; her memory will always mean a lot to us.

Acknowledgments
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the following sponsors:

A special thanks goes to Electronic Journal of Differential Equations, for publishing this issue, and to all the authors and referees for their valuable contributions.
