Representation of the norming constants by two spectra

Tigran N. Harutyunyan

Abstract:
The representation of the norming constants by 2 spectra was studied by Levitan, Gasymov (and others) for the Sturm-Liouville problem with boundary conditions $y(0)\cos\alpha +y'(0)\sin\alpha=0$, $y(\pi)\cos\beta+y'(\pi)\sin\beta =0$, when $\sin \alpha\neq 0$ and $\sin\beta\neq 0$. We investigate the representation by 2 spectra without these restrictions.
